We are located at 22165 61 Avenue, Langley, BC, V2Y 2P1. We serve all over Vancouver, Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley areas.
What’s an awning?
An awning is a secondary covering attached to the exterior wall of a structure. It is typically composed of canvas woven acrylic, cotton, polyester, or vinyl laminated to polyester fabric that is stretched tightly over a structure of aluminium. What materials are your awnings made of?
Our retractable awnings are built using durable airplane grade aluminum. Our fabrics are the best quality from Sunbrella Fabrics for long lasting materials.

How much wind can the awning handle?
Our awnings, in ideal conditions, are highly wind resistant. It is important to note that although the awning in very strong, the area to which it is affixed may not handle the tremendous loads so it is very important that you only have your awning extended when in use. To increase, but not guarantee, your awnings safety we always recommend a windsensor which will retract your awning when the wind becomes too strong.
What are the price ranges of awnings?
The price for an awning can range from $2200 up to $10000 depending on the size and options.
What is a cassette awning?
A cassette awnings is essentially the fabric roll and arms surrounded by a aluminum shell.
Why a cassette awning vs an open roll concept?
With a cassette awning you can protect your fabric when not using the awning and therefore extending the life of the unit.
I have restricted height to mount my awning, what can I do?
We can help install and mount the awning with brackets on the roof or above the gutter.
How much sun does the fabric block?
Depending on the color of the fabric, each fabric has its own tested rating on how much light it transmits or blocks and also how much heat it allows through.
How long does it take once I’ve placed my order to get the awning installed?
Depends on the availability of the fabric. If the fabric is readily available between 2-3 weeks other wise 4-5 weeks.
What is the difference between an awning and canopy?
The difference between an awning and a canopy is simple. An awning is a covering attached to the exterior wall of a house or building while a canopy requires the use of one or more posts for support. Such architectural projections provide protection from the sun and UV radiation or from other ever-changing weather conditions. Moreover, you can use them to add a nice little decorative touch to your home or business while increasing your living space and adding value to your home and outdoor living space.
How do I clean my awning?
Mr. Cover All awnings are easy to clean. In order to delay deep cleanings, brush of dirt and wipe off spills early so they don’t become embedded in the fabric. Smaller awnings can be removed and washed in a washing machine. Larger awnings can be cleaned with mild detergents, including dishwasher liquid. Rinse with warm water and air dry. Do not apply heat.
