Right from the start when we made an enquiry on the cover, Brandon in charge of sales was quick to get back and very helpful. Throughout the process of installation his communication was excellent! The fellow who came to draw up plans and do the estimate, Cecil was very professional, helpful and thorough. Last but not least Excellent job on the install! Excellent experience right through with Mr. Cover All and our patio roof cover. Cecil put a lot of thought in the design and came up with a plan that integrated the roof with the existing railing and downspout… something that none of the other suppliers were willing to do. Brandon coordinated everything from there and made sure we were in the loop every step of the way.
